Method of preparing Ragi Dosa:
Prepare Batter
- In a bowl, mix ragi powder, rice flour, semolina, curd, and salt.
- Add water gradually to form a smooth, thin batter (similar to rava dosa consistency).
- Mix in chopped onion, green chili, ginger, and curry leaves if you like extra flavor.
Rest the Batter
- Let it rest for about 15–20 minutes. Add more water if it thickens.
Make Dosa
- Heat a dosa tawa (pan) and grease lightly with oil.
- Pour the batter from the outside towards the center (it won’t spread like normal dosa, it will be lace-like).
- Drizzle oil on the edges
