Gandhigramam Ragi Powder

Method of preparing Ragi Dosa:

Prepare Batter

  • In a bowl, mix ragi powder, rice flour, semolina, curd, and salt.
  • Add water gradually to form a smooth, thin batter (similar to rava dosa consistency).
  • Mix in chopped onion, green chili, ginger, and curry leaves if you like extra flavor.

Rest the Batter

  • Let it rest for about 15–20 minutes. Add more water if it thickens.

Make Dosa

  • Heat a dosa tawa (pan) and grease lightly with oil.
  • Pour the batter from the outside towards the center (it won’t spread like normal dosa, it will be lace-like).
  • Drizzle oil on the edges
